Terms of Service
This environment is provided to help federations, clubs, and organisers evaluate the Race Manager platform. By using this development instance you agree to the following terms.
1. Non-Production Use
Access is granted for demonstration, testing, and feedback purposes only. Data may be reset or removed without notice and should not be relied on for official competition records or membership management.
2. Acceptable Usage
- Submit accurate but non-sensitive sample data where possible.
- Refrain from uploading personal data that requires production-grade protection.
- Report functional or security issues through the provided support channels.
3. Data Handling
Test data may be stored on EU-based servers and analysed to improve platform reliability. Because environments are routinely refreshed, we cannot guarantee retention or integrity of any sample dataset.
4. Intellectual Property
All features, branding elements, and workflows remain the property of Race Manager AS. You may not reuse or redistribute materials outside the scope of this evaluation without written consent.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect new functionality or legal requirements. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
